Lilypad Table/Stool

This product is a medium sized coffee/side table that has functionality as a seat. Its three legged base supports a reversible table top that, when flipped, has a cushion for more comfortable sitting.

The initial table design was inspired aesthetically, structurally, and functionally by the lily pad, and meant to use its structure as the basis of support for the table top. It featured a wedge that, though mostly an aesthetic choice, would also serve to support the centre of the table top and distribute force when flipped to function as a seat.

The table is designed to function primarily as a medium coffee table, approximately 21 inches high, and close to 35 inches in diameter.
